Chassis 05 was driven at the first four Grand Prix' for the 1984 season, with Senna driving this car at the Brazilian, South African, Belgian and San Marino Grand Prix'.

Senna would earn his first Formula 1 points at the South African Grand Prix.

Following its removal from Chassis 05, this steering wheel has remained in a private collection since the mid 1980s.
